Hi, I’m Wendy Goldman, the founder of Eat Right Forever. I’m a natural health expert who exposes the truth and the hype about nutrition.

And hey, I’m not some random “health coach” that took a course on the internet. I’m a licensed and practicing medical professional, and I’ve been practicing for 20 years.

I started my career doing biomedical research in one of the top medical schools in the US. Later, I learned about preservatives used in foods, and that many of them cause cancer. I was shocked and horrified to find those cancer-causing chemicals in the foods I was eating!

One moment in time…

That one moment changed my life, because I started reading labels on all of the foods I bought, and sharing what I learned with friends and family, who were just as shocked as I was. It started my quest to learn about natural foods and natural medicine so I could live a healthy life, and help others do so, too.

I wanted to learn a proven system of natural medicine, so I went to Oriental medical school (yup, 4 whole years) and became an acupuncturist. That was a big leap for someone who’s afraid of needles! (It makes me really gentle with my patients!)

Expertise and experience…

I’ve been practicing Oriental Medicine for 20 years, and studying nutrition even longer. I’m an expert in the field, and I’ve spoken at both Western and Oriental medical conferences.

When it comes to weight loss…

I understand the confusion and overwhelm you’re facing about what to eat! There are so many conflicting and constantly changing diet, food and nutritional recommendations out there, it can drive you crazy. The most common questions patients ask me are about food and what to eat. I treat people with all kinds of health conditions, and the most common questions are about food. I’ve been answering the same questions for 20 years, so I get it!

Diets just don’t work for most people, especially long term. And they make people miserable. The good news is, diets are NOT necessary!

The US has one of the highest obesity rates in the world, and Asia has some of the lowest. Clearly, we’re doing something very wrong with our diets, and Asians are doing something right.

What’s the difference? What can we learn from the Asian way of eating?

Chinese medicine recorded a whole system of nutrition and healthy eating over 2,000 years ago. It’s simple, and it works, which is proven by the low rates of obesity and chronic disease in Asia. That’s why we still teach and follow it today.  (And no, you don’t need to eat Asian food, but you can if you want. It’s about following the system of eating, so no worries!)

When it comes to eating healthy, I know exactly what that means. I’ve created a simple system based on the ancient Chinese principles and taught it to hundreds of my patients and students who learn to eat healthy, lose weight and keep it off. Forever.

It’s simple, easy, and anyone can do it. And we make it fun, at the same time, because who wants to be miserable at meals? No counting calories. No crazy diets. No stress!!! And you can still eat foods you like. (My favorite treat is Godiva dark chocolate. Really, is there any other kind? And that’s ok, once in a while.)
